SAP ERP is one of the best integrated HCM software and best fit for larger corporations with multi country payroll systems and multi modules in the same landscape.

Number of in house payroll required? If it is more then this is well suited. Complexity of time management ? If it is more then SAP time implementation is appropriate. Outsourcing of HR processes if it is more then SAP may be not be of that much help. If you have outsourced talent, payroll, time management and rest of the major hr activities then you need to review for implementing SAP HCM.
