Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

The implementation of the solution and dependencies with S4 have created significant challenges with the solution. we have seen data duplication at high amounts.
  • user interface seems solid
  • Data management
  • support and usability
  • Negative marketplace reputation, many vendor are unable to use the solution.
  • Negative on ROI as the complexity makes payments delayed and onboarding of contractors a challenge
No controls on configuration allowed complexity that broke the view
In my opinion, too many open fields for data allowed

I think the challenges we have is that the team implementing with SAP allowed to many customizations which created a complexity that make the product hard to use and creates failures across the product set.
