Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We subscribed to the SAP Integration Suite premium edition (which comes with three tenants ) + an additional tenant. This allows us to build a four-tier landscape aligned with our Backend systems. Therefore, we switched from a connection-based contract to a message-based one. Messages from the execution of SAP-SAP standard prepackaged integration scenarios will not be charged additionally against the monthly allocated quota.

As it is our first year using the SAP integration suite, we don't have much data to evaluate the ROI yet, but so far, we are happy with having a centralized platform for all our SAP integrations, to which we are migrating from a scattered landscape and unstructured setup.
We don't use it yet but plan to implement it in a second phase.
