Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

We have many B2B EDI partners and B2B mappings on SAP PI PO and SAP Integration Suite seems to be the right choice given SAP has announced the end of maintenance in 2027. SAP Integration Suite not only can be used to integrate SAP applications but also non-SAP scenarios. With an enhanced TPM and an AI built inside integration advisor, SAP Integration Suite seems to be a great product.

  • Cloud instance
  • Stable and innovating platform

Cons

  • Would like persistence capability to increase more to
  • Store EDI messages which can be used later during audit.
  • Monitoring can be made better.
  • Reliable messaging
  • Reduction in TCO

I have not used it or aware of scenarios where it has limitations. However, have heard that it does not have the capability to manage huge files in GB’s.
