Integration Suite

We moved to the SAP Integration Suite combined with SAP Event Mesh, hosted on SAP Business Technology Platform(SAP BTP). This was a pivotal decision in our strategy.We adopted a canonical data model to ensure scalability and reuse for future projects.Our first major integration project was the implementation of a new webshop, where we fully utilized the integration suite. Following that, we revamped our point-of-sale (POS) systems, integrating both the webshop and our physical stores. By reusing the canonical data model, we were able to streamline processes and ensure smooth data exchange between our systems. Additionally, we integrated with a third-party logistics provider, for handling deliveries from both our webshop and physical stores. This integration relied on SAP Integration Suite and Event Mesh and the canonical data model, helping us manage events and ensure seamless logistics operations. All our EDI messages will also be handled through the BTP platform by 2025 thanks to the ease of use of the system. We also have Cloud ALM, SAP’s monitoring tool, on our roadmap to provide further insights into our IT landscape. Here we mis some insights in the logging.
