In our organization, SAP Integration Suite is used for integration with external systems like Salesforce.

Pros

  • In my experience, SAP Integration Suite is Easy to use
  • In my opinion, SAP Integration Suite has a Rich integration set

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in SAP Integration Suite because, in my experience, the Trail account does not have Joule capability
  • In our organization, we are Still in early development cycle to predict ROI for the SAP Integration Suite
