Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

we use it as an EDI system. it is our gatekeeper to SAP ERP. All equipments, services etc connect trough CI

Pros

  • IT loves the easy usage
  • one central point
  • SAAS

Cons

  • price - it stops me from IOT / industry 4.0 via CI
  • dev system is full price
  • increase of EDI cost
  • faster in integrating
  • IT team is happy
yes we integrate logistic partners, lab equipment, production equipment, customers, .....
not used by us until now

it is great but a fee per case would be much better to move me to integrate every system via CI. But we are charged by 250kb chuck / message
