we are using SAP Integration Suite with external system to automate the flows using prebuilt integrations APIs
Pros
- automating order to cash
- synchronizing sap supply chanin
Cons
- limitations with managing customer integrations with legacy system
- improvement should be on extensive capabilities for integrations using predefined scenarios
- API is proving very help for us
- Some limitation is there connecting with legacy systems (JCaps)
Yes , we have been benifited with API and Open connector tools in SAP Integration Suite
