Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We use IS for building integrations between client systems and then monitor them.
Pros
- IS is really easy to navigate and discover integrations in the Discovery center
- The IS online interface is constantly being updated and improved
- IS has some great prebuilt integrations that are flexible
Cons
- It would be great to have more detailed error monitoring and prevention especially network related problems
- A more robust testing suite would be ideal
- IS has helped us centralize integration development, monitoring and error resolution reducing down time
We have made use of Business Integration Builder several times to connect on-premise SAP ECC instances with SuccessFactors Employee Central reducing the amount of migration work needed.
We have not used these features at all yet
