Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
we've got so many cases, but one of them is integrating SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) with Event Mesh to use as an orchestrator to delivery data to specific queues, we've also been handling errors using Figaf and for CI/CD to the same propose, the mainly issue I'd say is the Event Mesh because we cannot track all the data that goes through. We're aware of Advanced Event Mesh and we might migrate in future.
Pros
- Adapter to so many systems
- Using Groovy and JavaScript to handle complex cases
Cons
- we have to use externals plugins to a better developments
- debugging errors, could be more clear
- negative is the migration from PI/PO to our CI
- positive soon integrate with AI to help us out
Set logs, most of the time we use internal APIs to store all the information, from either S4hana or local database, but could improve a little bit when we talk about massive data transactions. Example, if we are doing data migration using SAP Integration Suite, we supposed to see all the data going thought but we can "lose" some data but we've been handling it using external Application "Figaf"
