Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across the whole organization. When we made the decision to go to S/4HANA Public Cloud we were looking to simplify our business processes and get back to best practices.

Pros and Cons

Fiori apps - easy to use and get the data you need.
Speed - reports are real-time and generate quickly.
Help & support that is easily available.

Public cloud build-out for EDI.

Return on Investment

It is still new so our users are struggling with the process changes.
We are still dealing with Vertex issues.
We are still working to be able to process credit cards.

Having apps available like sales volume for reporting and the drill-downs are very helpful. Also, sale order fulfillment where you can see issues and actually correct them right from the app is also helpful.

EDI storage locations/warehouses needs more flexibility when we need to manually cancel deliveries.
