Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
We are currently migrating SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The migration will provide us a reduction in our database disk space and also improvements for the end-user. For example, SAP S/4HANA Cloud will allow us to check real-time the logistic operations as well as new business processes for the sales department. Also, it will be a big improvement for the finance department as it will help them consolidate accounts, simplify bank management and improve payment processes.

- Reduction on database space.
- Fiori is not as user-friendly as expected.
- License costs.
- Hardware requirements are higher.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud has improved the real-time reporting on logistic operations.
- Reduction on hardware OPEX.
As we are currently using SAP ECC, we decided that the best option was to migrate to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and discard any other ERP.
