Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
We are using SAP S/4HANA Cloud across the business, from Finance and Logistics to Manufacturing at our Oil Refinery and Lubricants Plant as well as for Plant Maintenance.
- An improvement that we will make full use of is the Rental Increase Adjustments Tool. We have managed to load the pre-requisite data which will allow for us to increase the Lease Out rental income, with much ease. The tool will eliminate the need to manually create, download & upload spreadsheets which have in the past taken a considerable amount of time and manpower
- Using Fiori for reporting has enabled the user to access and run reports more productively
- Integration to Ariba has been very difficult for our organization. CIG as an integration tool is new and has a number of errors. This is not so much a SAP S/4HANA Cloud issue, but to the customer, it appears as if SAP S/4HANA Cloud is not a good product
- We were required to implement a system as the company was divested. Moving from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been an improvement for the business and enabled us to move to the newest SAP platform.
- 33% reduction in time to create a new customer master record.
We did not evaluate other products as we wanted to stay with SAP S/4HANA Cloud after the divestiture.
