Accenture assisted with our implementation but they have now moved on and we are running in house
Yes - Multuple pre-go live testiing with final go live and then after live fixes
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - We use Remedy for change management
  • BP combined into one causing two to become 1 - had to split
