Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
SAP-HANA is very user friendly and advanced compared to other ERPs-JDE,Oracle,AS400 etc. we used to use SAP-HANA for Account receivable - maintaining Master data, Apply payments etc. The only challenge we faced was SAP-HANA is expensive and comparable with limited IT interfaces
- Data base and data warehouse management
- Customer base, customer relationship and Vendor management
- Human resource management
- The complex integration we have with ERPs make it difficult to move or upgrade to SAP S4 HANA. Reimplementing all integrations and not impact business is a challenge
- Requires a lot of tedious testing so that no role or function is impacted
- Very time consuming to implement or upgrade. For large corporations it would take years to slowly migrate to S4HANA
- The initial investment( Financial and Human Resources) required to migrate and test is huge
- Slow ROI given the huge initial investment
- Customisation is expensive making ROI even challenging but in the long run we have the most advanced and latest SAP version
- Scalability
The major player for options for SAPS4 HANA was the scalability .Companies looking for a scalable ERP solution as they grow should opt for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud edition. These customers will not have to deal with all the hassles of the associated IT infrastructure and resources required. In this way, they can focus on innovating and growing the company
