SAP Adoption
Several workshops were organized with dedicated key-users from each affected team and department. These workshops were used to discuss the current processes and how they would fit in the standard processes within S/4HANA Cloud.
Change management was minimal - Change management is key for a good adoption of SAP S/4 Hana weather this is cloud or not.
the best practices test scenarios are an easy way to guide end-users through the basic processes. You don't have to write out each step of the process yourself and can reuse the material provided.
