Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud with several of our customers and support their transition to cloud or just SAP from a non-SAP erp system.

Several workshops were organized with dedicated key-users from each affected team and department. These workshops were used to discuss the current processes and how they would fit in the standard processes within S/4HANA Cloud.
Change management was minimal - Change management is key for a good adoption of SAP S/4 Hana weather this is cloud or not.
the best practices test scenarios are an easy way to guide end-users through the basic processes. You don't have to write out each step of the process yourself and can reuse the material provided.
dedicated persons follow up the release notes and report accordingly
