Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA is used in our organisation for production management and quality management processes. Its enhance and automate processes in my company. One most important challenge in my industry is regulatory compliance which this software tackle very effectively. It is very useful in database based decision making of processes. Scope of use of this software not limited to quality assurance, production, ware house, finance and quality control departments.

Pros

  • Its real time analytics feature helpful in data based decision making.
  • It is customisation as per our requirements and industry.
  • It is highly scalable and integration capability is also very high.

Cons

  • Its integration with other than SAP software is difficultly.
  • Software cost is high and not affordable for smaller organisation
  • Support staff response time to be improved.
  • Software slow down while large data handling.
  • Automation in manual task improved efficiency and increased productivity
  • Regulatory agency trust enhance due to it fulfils regulatory acceptation.
  • Its negative impact is cost of operations.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud offers a user-friendly interface and advanced features, making it ideal for large enterprises. Despite a steep learning curve and complex customisation, the comprehensive support and resources help users navigate effectively. Its functionality and usability balance well, catering to intricate business needs that why I give 9 rating.

The single most important feature that is useful in my decision is regulatory compliance issue it is easily solved. It is also easy to navigate for new users also as it is widely accepted and in use in pharmaceutical company. It is also integrate with other SAP software easily which reduce work burden on us.

SAP S/4HANA is well suited for organisation where frequency of large data handling is more and to reduce paper work it is most useful. It is also required for regulatory compliance points of view as it is audit trail enable software. It is lease suited with smaller organisation as initial cost for per licence fees is not affordable.

Using SAP S/4HANA Cloud

300 - SAP S/4 HANA is used in various functional department of my company like production, Quality, warehouse and PPIC for handling of incoming material, PO generation, batch processing and quality release of batch. They represent the form incoming of material to release of batch to market with tracking of batch.
10 - There are approximately 10 employee Information technology team that are managing function of SAP HANA in house. They are well trained, and experienced user of SAP HANA for any problem trouble shooting and any communication with SAP team they actively involve for best solution and resolutions.

  • This reduce error which often observed during manual handling
  • Material traceability improved that helpful in advanced batch planning.
  • Currently there is no additional ways planned for future requirements.
we Will renew our product usage as its functionality and regulatory compliance features are helpful in image make over during regulatory inspections. SAP is also very useful in database decision making process if any observation is given for material handling, procurement ans release.
