We learned on a test system and then passed the knowledge to all users.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We had to adopt our processes to be able to fit into then new software. We were lacking time for all the activities
There were internal trainings on Manufacturing, Settlement & billing, Controlling, Treasury. We had to change our way of working
Eviden Bulgaria is presenting the new way of work and we are adopting
"Eviden
Bulgaria" introduced to the managers and ey users the best practices
Lack of flexibility was the main challenge and we had to deal with it by adopting our processes
