We provided training to our teams and also we got support from SAP to fully educate our teams in case of adversities.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We learned many lessons on the way and the most important one was to be prepared for the worst case scenario where you could even delete your main data source so keep backups.
We utilised the SAP trainings and also used the learning hub for our teams
We have dedicated teams to look after the updates and upgrades and timely downtimes to keep up to date softwares.
