Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Initially, we needed a tool that would integrate all the information from the different standard and/or operational processes, even if the use of this data was low in the short term. We also needed to begin implementing information analytics to build models that would teach us how to validate scenarios and projections. We also wanted to reduce the administration and management costs of the resources associated with SAP.

Inicialmente se necesitaba contar con una herramienta que integrara toda la información de los diferentes procesos estandar y/o operativos, asi el uso de dichos datos fuese bajo en el corto plazo; a la vez empezar a implementar analítica de información para construir modelos que nos enseñaran a validar escenarios y proyecciones; sumando que queríamos disminuir los costos de administración y gestión de los recursos asociados a SAP.

When deciding to stay with SAP, now in its cloud version, it was crucial that it allow for connection to other systems, given that we need to concentrate all the information in the ERP for subsequent analysis. With the onset of the pandemic, hybrid work arrangements became increasingly important, and having cloud-hosted services would facilitate the administration and control of SAP environments.

Para tomar la decisión de mantenernos en SAP, ahora en su versión cloud, fue relevante que permitiera conexión con otros sistemas, dado que necesitamos concentrar toda la información en el erp para posteriores análisis. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a very good alternative for managing SAP resources without the need for third parties or on-premise environments. SAP S/4HANA Cloud is not as efficient with the necessary and/or basic patches in the OS or database structure. This should be more automatic. Nowadays, it is necessary to set up a SR to apply basic patches that must be applied.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud es una alternativa muy buena para administrar los recursos propios de SAP sin necesidad de terceros o ambientes Onpremise. SAP S/4HANA Cloud no es tan eficiente con los parches necesarios y/o basicos en la estructura S.O. o B.D. esto deberia ser mas automatico. hoy dia es necesiario colocar un SR para aplicar parches que son básicos y si o si deben aplicarse.
