We use SAP S/4HANA cloud in our organisation mainly for building our own breakthroughs by reshaping business models and restructuring our work on the fly. It also provides ready to go APIs with documentation and tools so we can easily integrate with our business partners or build our solutions on top.

  • It is open and extensible by providing ready to go APIs
  • It provides next generation AI models to improve our business effeciency

Cons

  • Firstly, there is scope to reduce the pricing so that it can become more affordable.
  • Sometimes their customer support team is very slow in responding to our queries
  • Sometimes the application freezes when there are too many tabs are getting used
  • It decreased our implementation cost by 40-50%
  • It is very secure and reliable thus we didn't face any attacks after using this.
  • It increased our revenue by 15%
Overall SAP S/4HANA is all rounder because it add the latest cutting edge technologies and next generation AI into our business so the outcomes are always accurate. It also handles technical operations including backup and disaster recovery, system maintenance, data protection and best in class uptime to give us overall usability.
