Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

It was very helpful to use for my organization which is medium size business, it was very easy to integrate. It is also very helpful to manage the access of users, extract data.

Great software to use and efficient to handle data and other information. I love the platform's efficiency in integrating data on the Cloud and safety procedures to encrypt and transfer data to legible users away from third-party access. Further, the platform is easy to use and has a great customer support team handling requests about any issues faced.

How easier it is to use compared to other softwares like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sophos XG Firewall all of which I have tried but still the SAP systems work better, faster efficiency and reliability with future ready ERP solutions. Integration of business hasn't been this smoother and solutions with built-in AI and advanced analytics solutions.
SAP S/4HANA outperforms Microsoft Dynamics 365 in terms of easier to use with advanced features of built-in AI and smooth integration to manage business activities like purchasing, planning or distribution effectively. Further, built on SAP HANA's database provides advantages of HANA's memory processing and real-time data access, improving efficiency. The subscription based pricing also helps in cancelling anytime.

Handling businesses that require CRM, especially big companies. The project management tools available are great to use and keep track of customer details and other information. I also like the fact it is able to maintain transaction details encrypted and safer from third-party users. The product is a tad bit expensive but worth buying.

Yes. Given the software was easier to use and built on future ready AI, Machine learning system all members in the office got the chance to try working on the software to better understand. The memory processing of HANA also showed how far we have come since the discovery of computers.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
Establishment of training courses to help with employees better understanding of how to use the software . The impact of the training was felt after 3 months post training completion when people in majority were able to use the software efficiently and reduced IT costs to the company, which helped in maintainance.
The ongoing changes are handled by consistent training of employees and giving the necessary resources to keep updated with the software changes. This reduced hardware and maintainance cost help in boosting company purchasing compared to spending costs which were recovered smoothly. The workers also felt amazing to work on an in-memory database architecture enabling us with faster data processing.
I drove the adoption of SAP S/4HANA by convincing the team of the limitations of previous softwares used for similar purposes like Microsoft Dynamics 365, TeamViewer which lack the advance features and data processing speed all high and effective Efficiency provided by SAP software. This pro to con discussion of the software helping in boosting aggregation of SAP systems in office.
The lesson I learnt is how the future ready solution with HANA's in memory processing reduced IT costs and management of business process effective. The user-friendly and easy of use help in implementing this software quicker and fast to use. All of these went well and the advance features made it even better product compared to it's competitors.
