Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

S/4HANA 2023 (private cloud) as digital ERP core for our company. Processes, O2C, P2P, Finance & Control, Projects, Service Processes.

Pros

  • Integrated ERP solution that supports end to end processes

Cons

  • Service (we are using the newer Service solution not the CS) - has lot of product bugs. Not fully integrated with SD e.g on supporting combined billing
FIORIes designed in some cases for very short steps - should have more combined process steps included. E.g. in manufacturing process (discrete).

no Native Fiories available for all processes - need to use web GUI still

Not yet - starting to investigate different options (Joule for Developers \ consultants) . Business AI not available for our version yet - would it help business users - not confident yet.
