Using multiple SAP systems has improved our ability to support specialized business processes, but it has also added complexity. While each system brings valuable capabilities, managing integrations, data consistency, and different user experiences can slow workflows. Overall, the setup works well but requires strong coordination and standardized processes to stay efficient.
We integrated our SAP Business Suite with a third-party quality management system to achieve seamless data flow between production, inspections, and quality reporting.
SAP Business Suite has significantly improved how we analyze and understand our data by centralizing key information in one reliable platform. With consistent data structures and real-time access, we can identify trends faster, reduce reporting errors, and make more informed decisions. It has shifted our approach from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven insights.
As of today, we are in the process of analyzing the use of AI in our business.
