Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud as the backbone for our app development to address areas where we have seen areas of potential improvements.

Pros

  • Base for process automation
  • Integrated processes
  • Keeps the core clean

Cons

  • In my experience, the UI in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is inconsistent between Sales and Procurement
  • In my experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the Data that has been entered earlier is not copied forward
  • Adhering to best practices
  • Scalable solution
  • Save on HW cost
  • Integration of business functions
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has improved over time. In my opinion, the older versions of SAP had a high entry barrier

The use cases presented to me are not relevant for our processes.
There is room for improvement due to the rigid definitions of what is a master data
