Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use the product across the business. Finance, procurement, SCM HR etc. I work in finance, so primarily using this for reporting. However, the platform enables us to get real time insights into business performance. We’d like to drive further automation of some our manual processes which we hope to address in the coming years.

Better help inside the browser would be of great benefit to our organisation. Navigation via the search function is also slow. Also, better transparency of what I don’t have access to via my security role would also be very handy for usage.

Cloud solution was key. The other factor was ease of future upgrades and keeping up to date with the latest releases. We thought this would be the best path forward for our organisations to keep up to date with the latest developments and initiatives offered by SAP and their partners. Also assumed we’d get better support.
We currently don’t utilise these features, however, we’d like to in the future.
I haven’t used previous SAP systems; however, it seems pretty solid.

Yes

It is great that it works across multiple business functions, ie, finance, reporting, HR, procurement, supply chain. It would be great if we could get more assistance from SAP about how we are using the system. If there are better ways. What we are not utilising, etc., not familiar with scenarios where it is less appropriate, other than when specific customisation is required.
