Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

It is our expense reporting and requesting system. It addresses the problem of being able to keep track of expenses in a large corporation. We have people that review each special case but the system can review the cases as well which allows for time to be saved and used elsewhere.

Cons

  • Making all reciept images go to one spot rather than either expense creation or storage
  • The ability to click on any place on a expense report row that allows us to go in and see all details not just some
  • A way to automatically create expense reports of similar expenses if they happen another time
  • Boosts Efficiency
  • Boosts time in the field
  • Boosts reporting accuracy and accoutability
It makes it easier to keep track of things which boosts reporting and effeciency giving time back to do more things.
  • Ease of Use
Ease of use is what matters because with a large company, each person needs to be able to use this and not get frustrated from it. It needs to be easy for all ages and backgrounds to use and it is.
I think we might be able to utilize some more AI features to further enhance our effeciency and time management.

It may be different for them to use since they haven't used it before but it becomes much easier to use with practice. Definetly well suited for expense related things, but might not be suited for personal expense tracking post report submission.
