Heavy users- SAP S/4HANA Cloud for all finance, merchandise, retail functions. Sidecar SAP S/4HANA Cloud system for TM and EWM

  • Heritage in retail processes

Cons

  • TM on SAP S/4HANA Cloud has many bugs
  • Collaboration with BNL is lacking
  • in TM, has not improved our efficiencies
  • for core financials it is the bedrock of our organisation

we are existing SAP ECC users so SAP S/4HANA Cloud was a natural choice for us
