I rated it an 8 because SAP S/4HANA Cloud delivers strong reliability, integration flexibility, and continuous innovation, especially for large transformation programs. It supports our migration and decommissioning workflows very well. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that some advanced features still require configuration effort or workaround integrations, but overall the platform continues to improve and remains a solid long-term choice.
