Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is our main ERP solution that has been in place since 2019. It is used to capture finance data and costing information across the business and allows joint venture reporting, consolidated group reporting.

Pros

  • Captures costs with enough granularity
  • consolidates reporting easily
  • allows joint venture reporting
  • user friendly

Cons

  • more automation - although we are on premise so don't currently use Joule
  • difficult to close projects and WBS elements
  • timesheets
  • Improved efficiency
  • shorter financial close timeframes
  • user interface
It's intuitive and easy to use.

We wanted a product that we could grow with the organisation over time.
We currently do not have access to Joule AI agents. We are on prem version.

Great for capturing detailed work breakdown structures and allowing to capture JV reporting.

Our set up isn't great - we have implemented an agency concept which has applified our master data and it is difficult to close out.
