Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud used across Procurement to streamline purchase orders approval workflow, in Sales to manage credit and return including approval workflow and in Finance with significant improvement in electronic bank statement, reconciliation and open item clearing.

Pros

  • Cleaner, fresher, user friendlier user interface
  • Better export and import functionality than ECC
  • Faster than ECC

Cons

  • Asset accounting screen to be fiori UI5
  • More control over batch jobs in public cloud
  • Reduced cost of basis maintenance
User interface in SAP S/4HANA Cloud apps are easier to use compared to ECC.
