Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

I am the SAP Administrator. Control User access, configuration, etc.

Pros

  • Standardized business processes
  • Seamless Upgrades
  • Leading technology

Cons

  • SAP in generally could be more automatically integrated. Seem onerous to create and maintain
  • Many platforms and log-ins required to perform my work. SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, IAS, BTP. SAP could integrate them and create a one-stop-shop
  • Requires consultants to maintain

Well suited for our for our lean team. Some of the advancements are great but require more comprehensive documentation for communicating to the end users. Change management is challenging some of the updates due to the major changes for end users.
