To utilize SAP S/4HANA Cloud’s AI features, we need more exposure towards these agents. Yes, having a library of agents is great BUT business needs to be made aware of the tools / agents (out of 1300) suited for their needs, hence focused education is required in space along with creating a large number of agents.
We consider SAP S/4HANA Cloud as very as a powerful, global, and feature-rich ERP, generally favored by large, complex, product-centric enterprises, while competitors often appeal to different organizational sizes, industry verticals, or prioritize different strengths such as implementation speed or ease of use.
