Overall Satisfaction with Screendragon

Screendragon is used as a program management tool to track the scope of works and projects across the agency. Being a centralized / web-based tool allows the agency to be consistent across global offices in how we manage project estimates and data.

Screendragon allowed us to create a consistent budgeting process across multiple divisions that are distributed all around the globe. This also allows for simplified comparisons across divisions.

While Screendragon provides for resourcing at an individual level, it can be a tedious process if you have a lot of people to resource. This can become even more cumbersome if you have to frequently update or modify resources or hours against a project.
