Overall Satisfaction with SEON. Fraud Fighters

The services and API were decent, but after being a loyal customer for 4 years, they suddenly raised their prices on us by 146.9% within just 5 weeks. In our experience, they were unwilling to negotiate even slightly on their new pricing. As a result, I can no longer recommend them.

very disappointed that they more than doubled their pricing within just 5 weeks, especially after being a loyal customer for 4 years. In my opinion, the new pricing is unreasonable for startups, and they refused to adjust it by even a dollar.

Improved customer support response times and more customisation options in the API. Also, in our experience, not sending unpersonalised email when they increase their pricing by 146% ! So I think their "Global Success Services" has definitely a lot of room to improve
