Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use it for specific clients in order to address their CRM/email marketing and marketing automation needs. The usage differs client to client based on their needs and industry. Most of our clients utilise the marketing automation functions to keep in contact with their database, get a profile of their usage and drive them to specific actions.
Pros
- Opening the instance is incredibly easy. With a lot of other systems, configuring the database, creating custom fields etc., are time-consuming - with SharpSpring it is already done
- The landing page builder is very easy to use, and with a basic knowledge of coding, extremely powerful.
- They manage their sender reputation very well - no point in having a super system if people don't get the emails.
- I enjoy the reporting - easy to use and insightful.
Cons
- Being able to send Birthday communications regardless of the year of birth
- ASCII codes in the subject line
- Being able to send comms based on when a person last opened a mail
- We have been able to open more profiles faster, leading to the on boarding of more clients.
- We have found the page impressions hard to budget for with our clients - bit of a moving goal post.
- We have been able to add a level of personalisation to our clients' interactions with their clients that we had not previously achieved.
