Overall Satisfaction with Simplio3D
Simplio3D helps us ease the
process of selling customizable socks because we produce on
a large scale. The product configurator helps us quickly define order details, including a visualization, and then push it into the production process after customer approval. With the platform, it is also easy to update the database whenever needed and most of the maintenance can be done by us.

Pros
- The platform helps improve the flow of the order process
- 3D rendering quality gets better and better over time
- Works well with Monday ERP
- Very flexible, we have our own configurator layout outside of the standard plan
Cons
- More integration options, especially with my knitting machines
- The AR feature is not so good for socks
- An easy way for customers to design their own socks with a few clicks directly from the websites
- We have significantly increased higher win rates, reducing production errors
- I don't see any downsides at the moment
