Overall Satisfaction with SkyPrep LMS
We use SkyPrep LMS for training and development (for new hires and all other employees). We initially had a problem with the way new hires were trained in a consistent manner but after implementing this new system, it has helped tremendously. We also have a way to hold our annual training for all employees and keep track/know of when they complete the training for compliance purposes.
- Provide consistent ways for participants to learn our training material
- Extremely user friendly - we rarely have questions on how to navigate the system
- Allows different methods of training (checklists, videos, quizzes, etc.)
- The ILT platform needs an upgrade - specifically with the integration with Microsoft Teams
- The ability to customize individual accounts
- The ability to do a "test run" of each course/learning path
- Ease of use - very user friendly
- Consistent training for new hires and all other employees
- Reporting
- I'm unsure of the ROI, but I can say that the system has been great since we implemented as far as quality of training goes
