Overall Satisfaction with Skyvia
Skyvia was easy to get up and running and solved the problem of having no on-staff developers to build out some access APIs for a new integration we were dreaming up. We've had the product running now for a couple of months and are really happy with the overall investment we've had to put into it in both time and money. I can see expanding the usage as our needs grow based on how easy it is to integrate into our company's infrastructure.
- Easy to get started and connected to your source systems
- Good documentation as far as the protocols used for data access
- Responsive and informed customer service folks and easy to get technical help
- Little thought put into the DevOps side of things in current product
- Movement of pieces among workspaces could be improved
- Enabled us to respond quickly to business unit request
- No need to put lots of overhead into building a new team to support
