SmartDraw is just my department. We use primarily for organization charts online version.

SmartDraw is excellent for visuals. Easy to update organization charts. I know it has a lot of different uses that I’m unfamiliar with. They have a project management piece, and I would think that isn’t the best platform to use this for.
