Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used for our data base for state reporting in PCAR, PCADV, OC, SA, DV Medical and data collections

Pros and Cons

Pros

It records all data and services our advocates provide to clients within the community.
We are able to pull reports regularly to track all communication, trainings and community ed that we service in our community.
It allows us to pull reports to submit to the state more easily and readily available.

Cons

Sometimes reports are hard to access.
Sometimes reports don't show all details we are needing in one report where we need to pull 2 or 3 to gather all data we need to review.

Return on Investment

Positive- easier reporting data and correctly.
Positive - Give all info needed for the state in one document instead of various ones.
Frees up more time to enter data into one location and one individual processing that multiple locations and multiple people needing to report.

Alternatives Considered

I unfortunately have not used any other source of entry. I have used ETO, since I started doing data entry within our company

Likelihood to Recommend

ETO helps us account for all the hard work our advocates do within our community and breaks things down as needed so we are easily able to report such data records to the state.
