Overall Satisfaction with Social Solutions ETO

ETO is being used to track demographic and attendance of all are programs. ETO is being used by most of the organization. a\All the sites that are responsible for community engagement. ETO addresses the issue of displaying how we are helping the community. It also tracks everything a lot easier within many different sites.

  • More chances for ETO in-person training
  • Positive, I can keep track of everything a lot easier.
  • I have more database experience because of this.
  • Sometimes I wish ETO could do more, but I still like it.
I have only used ETO not the other products from Social Solutions.
Being able to track people in a collection. To generate reports. It makes tracking the school-based programs a lot easier.

The batch uploads were a little overly difficult. Times were, the effort was not worth it.
