We use NCM on the infrastructure side of the house. We use it as our Cisco device configuration backup (which we run nightly), our security compliance audit tool, and for making broad changes to the network automatically or with the click of a button. The compliance check helps us create checks based on our specific requirements, and allows remediation to get very granular.
