Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

It is used to obtain switch backups and validate configuration changes, It has been of great help, referring to an erroneous configuration problem, if it had not been, chaos would have been generated in the plant. I use it for the administration of 280 switches backup and it works perfectly.

  • Easy work.
  • Information security.
  • Fast recovery.
I have not had the opportunity to evaluate any of them, NCM has been the only software that has been used in recent years, and due to its good design, I have not had the need to look for additional software it meets my expectations and those of the manager.

It is suitable for scenarios with multiple devices for which a critical backup and accurate inventory must be kept, referring to operating system versions, etc. It is easy to use and configure with structured manuals that are easy to implement. I think it is an excellent management and control tool.
