Overall Satisfaction with SonicWall TZ
We are a managed services provider and have many clients that currently use Sonicwall TZ devices. These devices work very well in small and medium business environments. The Sonicwall VPN is easy to configure and deploy. Sonicwall TZ devices are very feature rich firewalls. The web interface makes it very easy to manage and gives us a detailed window into our network.
- Very easy to manage through the web console
- Very affordable compared to other firewall vendors
- Handles threat detection and prevention very well
- Very good documentation
- Annual licenses need to be purchased for additional features
- Reporting could be better
- Low entry point on price but starts to add up when purchasing service licenses
- Once techs are up to speed, they will save time when making configuration changes
- Support has always been quick and helpful which saves time and money
