Overall Satisfaction with Sovereign Systems

Pros

  • Very good at sizing solutions.
  • Provided excellent analysis of our current SAN utilization, which helped us with the appropriate environment for the future.
  • They have a great approach to customer management and customer support.

Cons

  • They could spend more time educating us on other services they provide.
Sovereign Systems really understands server virtualization and storage. They really took the time to understand our business case and recommended the right solution based on that need.
