Cons

  • Becoming a sales partner with our organization. We lost access to use Sovereign in purchasing with our Materials Management Department. Our hospital is now part of HealthTrust and Sovereign is not a member of that. The prices we get from Sovereign seems to be the better price in most cases but we can no longer order from them.
Sovereign is very responsive to emails. If you're on a deadline and you're needing a quote, they are very fast in sending you one. They also help in any issues we may be having by having the right techs a phone call away.
