We use SOAR to orchestrate our security workflows from end-to-end so all our usually daily time consuming tasks are automated. That way, we gain time and efficiency. Alerts let us stay on top of all security issues, and keep us reactive when we need to respond to threats in no time.

We've created custom playbooks, and automated a wide range of tasks such as the type of response to a specific security threat, who to assign it to, how to triage incidents, etc.
Overall, it's helping us reduce the time to manage security incidents but also the overall risk of such incidents.
