Overall Satisfaction with Spotfire
Se use the tool in order to represent BI information for some of our customers. They needed a strong solution to avoid Excel based analyses and they wanted a tool that could be customized to obtain a good look and feel result. In such a contest Spotfire represented a good solution for the IT Office.

- Functions can be internally applied

- It is not user friendly to use
- Admin settings are complex
- You cannot find a lot of help on the internet
- Lower costs than some competitors
- Good look and feel
- Difficult to learn how to customize templates
- Huge range of data analysis and visualizations
Spotfire is stronger than other tools to built complex metrics within the tool, without needs of etl updates and query changing. It has lots of useful visualizations to deep dive data and give interesting analysis to business users. Moreover, with some studies and tests, you can really customize it in every detail of the page, as it can look exactly as expected to users.
