Overall Satisfaction with StarWind Virtual SAN

A shared storage solution for our 2-node Hyper-V cluster. We've been looking for a solution that will fit our humble needs for shared storage of a cluster, as our in-house team is small and compact and we do not have the funds to invest, implement or maintain a traditional SAN. After careful consideration, we decided that using the disks of our servers and going the vSAN route is the best solution for us.

No issues so far. Integrates perfectly with Hyper-V, it's very stable and runs smoothly with little maintenance.
One of the largest selling points for us was exactly this. Our in-house team is small and limited, so an easy to use solution was a must. Their management console is clear and concise, and their documentation is robust providing help for almost all known issues.
Absolutely amazing. They follow up with every issue, keep a detailed log of every intervention, are always professional and go out of their way to help. A big shout out to Yaroslav!
In our case, StarWind is a perfect solution for SMBs looking for a cost effective and easy to implement solution as an alternative to a traditional SAN. Their product comes in different forms, and they even offer a Hyperconverged solution, which I'm sure will work wonders for anyone looking to decrease their costs on these sorts of investments. Plus, their support team is amazing and always keeps up to date with issues.
